Ondřej Mucha is a Czech concert organist whose repertoire comprises compositions of all periods with the focus on the 19th and 20th century music. With the admirable convincingness, he presents the world and especially the Czech organ literature of all style periods.

He devotes himself to the style interpretation of both known and less known world organ compositions as well as the compositions of prominent Czech authors such as Josef Klička, František Musil, František Michálek, Leoš Janáček, Bohuslav Martinů or Luboš Sluka. His focus lies in the life and work of Bedřich Antonín Wiedermann - a composer and the most remarkable Bohemian organ virtuoso of the first half of the 20th century, who excelled in many European countries, including England, and the USA. His compositions are comparable to those of world authors as far as the composition and technical aspects are concerned. Ondřej Mucha won a special award for the most important composition by Wiedermann called „Toccata a fuga f moll“ in the international interpretation competition in Slovakia.

Organ works and improvisation as interpreted by Ondřej Mucha are distinguished by the sense of construction and an elaborate registration. Therefore the audience are always satisfied and come back repeatedly, too.
